Roan Mountain Bed and Breakfast offers the choice of 4 rooms, ;)
each with their own rustic charm and individual histories, but all with the peaceful surroundings and natural beauty of the East Tennessee mountains. Click the links below to find out a bit about each of our rooms.
Rates: Our rooms range in price from $75 to $195 per night. Our rates are based on room occupancies of two persons. Additional persons will be $10 extra per night.
Check In: Between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm Eastern unless otherwise arranged.
Check Out: By 10:30 am Eastern unless otherwise arranged.

Due to the high volume of rentals on race weekends we are often full. If this is the case please contact us and we may be able to help you book a room at a nearby home.;)
There is a three night minimum reservation requirement on race weekends.
Cancellations: We require a 48 hour notice of cancellation or the first night's stay + tax will be charged.
